Wholesale prices exclude VAT and shipping. Applicable VAT is added separately. You may place your order on this website; freight is quoted and confirmed manually afterwards. The checkout amount is not the final amount payable if freight has not yet been confirmed. A zero shipping amount at checkout is a placeholder, not free delivery. Please wait for our final order confirmation or pro forma invoice, including applicable VAT and freight, before paying by bank transfer. Collection by you or your carrier is available by prior appointment.
Offline bank transfer
All orders are paid by offline bank transfer. We confirm the products, freight or collection arrangements, and total payable amount before payment. Transfer funds only using the bank details and payment reference on your order confirmation or pro forma invoice issued by Oranlite B.V. Orders are released after funds have been received and confirmed. Credit card and PayPal payment are not part of our wholesale payment process.
Order confirmation
Send your company details, required SKUs, quantities and delivery postcode to EU@oranlite.com. Tell us if you will collect the goods or appoint a carrier. We will confirm availability, pricing and the order total. No credit period or instalment arrangement applies unless expressly agreed in writing.
Shipping and collection
Product prices exclude VAT and shipping. Freight is calculated separately for each order based on quantity, weight, dimensions, destination and delivery requirements. Contact us for an order-specific freight quote before payment if shipping is not confirmed at checkout.
Customer collection is available by prior appointment at Staalstraat 2, 8211 AH Lelystad, The Netherlands. You may collect the goods yourself or arrange your own carrier. Please obtain written confirmation that your order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling or booking transport.
Billing and VAT
Shipping exclusions do not change the VAT treatment of your order. The order confirmation or invoice states the applicable VAT and total payable amount. Contact us for invoice requests or billing questions. If bank details in a message differ from your confirmed invoice, verify them with our team before making payment.
