Who do you supply?
Oranlite Europe focuses on wholesale supply to distributors, resellers, contractors and business purchasers. All orders are confirmed with our team and paid by offline bank transfer.
How do I request a bulk quote?
Email EU@oranlite.com with your company details, SKUs, quantities and delivery postcode. Tell us if you prefer to collect the order. Pricing and availability are confirmed for your requirements; see Wholesale & Trade Supply.
Are product prices inclusive of shipping?
Product prices exclude VAT and shipping. Freight is calculated separately for each order based on quantity, weight, dimensions, destination and delivery requirements. Contact us for an order-specific freight quote before payment if shipping is not confirmed at checkout.
Customer collection is available by prior appointment at Staalstraat 2, 8211 AH Lelystad, The Netherlands. You may collect the goods yourself or arrange your own carrier. Please obtain written confirmation that your order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling or booking transport.

When will my order arrive?
Standard orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability. Total delivery is usually estimated at 5-10 business days. Large, pallet and special orders have order-specific dispatch and delivery estimates confirmed with the quotation.
How do I return an item?
Contact us before returning a product. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally paid by the customer. For verified damaged, defective or incorrect items, we provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where applicable. See our Return & Refund Policy. All orders are paid by offline bank transfer. Contact us to confirm the products, shipping or collection arrangements and total amount before transferring funds. Use the bank details and payment reference shown on the order confirmation or pro forma invoice issued by Oranlite B.V. Orders are released after payment has been received and confirmed.
