Where is your stock fulfilled?
Orders are fulfilled from Staalstraat 2, 8211 AH Lelystad, the Netherlands.
Can I collect an order?
Collection may be arranged for eligible orders only after written confirmation. Please contact us before travelling to the warehouse.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Total delivery is usually estimated at 5–10 business days. The checkout and order confirmation show the applicable delivery information.
How much does shipping cost?
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. It can depend on the product, order size and destination. A promotion is free only when the checkout clearly shows a zero shipping charge.
How do I return an item?
Contact us before returning a product. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally paid by the customer. For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item, Oranlite B.V. provides an appropriate solution and covers reasonable return costs where applicable.
