You can attach a purchasing list to your email. We confirm pricing, availability and freight before payment. No minimum order quantity, fixed discount or credit period is promised unless stated in your quotation.
Shipping costs and customer collection
Product prices exclude VAT and shipping. Freight is calculated separately for each order based on quantity, weight, dimensions, destination and delivery requirements. Contact us for an order-specific freight quote before payment if shipping is not confirmed at checkout.
Customer collection is available by prior appointment at Staalstraat 2, 8211 AH Lelystad, The Netherlands. You may collect the goods yourself or arrange your own carrier. Please obtain written confirmation that your order is ready and agree a collection time before travelling or booking transport.
Payment by bank transfer
All orders are paid by offline bank transfer. We confirm the products, freight or collection arrangements, and total payable amount before payment. Transfer funds only using the bank details and payment reference on your order confirmation or pro forma invoice issued by Oranlite B.V. Orders are released after funds have been received and confirmed. Credit card and PayPal payment are not part of our wholesale payment process.
Local fulfillment
Standard in-stock orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Large, pallet and special orders have order-specific schedules. Do not book collection until we confirm readiness and the collection time in writing.
